The CareAlert Smart Dialer being a high quality, Canadian Standards Approved product; allows us to be very confident that you will be pleased with its performance.

If you feel however that it does not meet your requirements, we will electronically refund the full price you paid for the product (not including Postage & Handling fees), by crediting your credit card.

This offer is based upon the four following conditions being complied with:

• The refund will only be processed once we receive the product; complete in its original box; unmarked and with the original invoice.
• The product must be securely packaged and returned to:

• A note explaining the reason for returning the product along with details for refund (eg. credit card number, etc).
• The product must be received by us within 21 days of the date shown on the invoice.
  Please Note: All postage and handling fees (yours and CareAlert Canada's) are not refundable.

This refund in no way overrides the consumers' rights with faulty goods for exchange.
